Sizzling Hot
We’ll be throwing a surprise bridal shower bash for our dear friend Kat. I have already taken care of the room reservation and some of our other friends are responsible for the food while the other one is in charge for the decorating the room and for the games. She plans to stick lacy and sexy panties on the wall to set the mood and have sexually themed games for fun. Our gifts for her are already as well. We decided to give her teddies lingerie from each of us. It would not only make her hot in the eyes of her future husband but it would make their honeymoon a lot hotter.
Life Is Fragile
I got a really sad news weeks ago. I learned that our former colleague has Leukemia and is now confined at a hospital near our office. She’s just my age, 33 years old and has two kids. Both are still young. It is heartbreaking to even think that they might lose their Mom. I’m a Mom too and hearing about the things that she has to go through makes me cry. Next week I am planning to go with her friends to visit her at the hospital and since we are just commuting I’ll just request for a gift basket delivery so I don’t have to bring it myself anymore. I just hope I’d be able to cheer her up even just for awhile.
Amazing and Amusing World of Men
I think I will never ever understand men when it comes to the things tha they talk about. From cars to sports and even hoses.I overherd my husband and my BIL (brother in law) talking about different kinds of hoses as if they are discussing something of great importance. They have this serious looks on their faces as if they are talking about the stratagems of a war. I will never comprehend how they can converse about corrugated metal hose and not get bored with it. I find it both amazing and amusing.
Green Thumb
I just learned of another way on how to recycle my trash and make it into a fertilizer. I’m just glad my friend introduced me to it. It is by using a composter. It is the best way to have unlimited amounts of free organic fertilizer. No chemicals or harmful substances included. Result is that you’ll have a healthy soil and healthier greener plants too. I’m planning to buy one so I’d soon find out if I have a green thumb or not.
Capture Every Moment
Time does flies so fast. It was like yesterday that my little daughter is just a baby and now she has already turned three. And next year she’ll start entering school. There will be lots of moments that need capturing that’s why we are now choosing from best brands of camcorders to document our only child’s milestones and achievements. We are excited to capture every single moment and every single detail about her life’s experiences. We love her so much.
Choose Wisely
As I have mentioned in my other blog about the insurance sales agent who called me up and did not even bother to ask my permission if it was alright to talk lengthily as being a total turn-off, I decided to check out www.wholesaleinsurance.net/ myself when I declined her offer and after I put down the phone. I would rather check on the various kinds of insurance on my own at my own pace and time than have someone talking my ears off about it. And that way it would be easier for me to comprehend and understand better the different types and I’d be able to choose wisely.
Like Putty
Received a call from my husband while I was at the office this afternoon. He asked me to drop by at the hardware store and purchase a new usb barcode scanner for the nth time. As I have guessed it our Lil Miss Mischief played with it again and broke it for the nth time as well. We’ve got a mini grocery store that’s why the scanner is really essential to our business. I was so certain that she will get a good scolding from me when I get home. But when I entered the house, she rushed to me as if it was the first time that she has seen me after eons and planted butterfly kisses all over my face, hugged me so tight, looked me in the eye and said “I Love You, Mommy!” Awww, I had a hard time choking back tears. Then her Dad teasingly said, “You were saying…?” and laughed mockingly. All I was able to say to my Lil Sweetheart was I Love You Too My Darling Baby! And there I go again; I was like putty in her hands for the nth time.
Hoping and Wishing and Praying
Life can be truly unpredictable. Who would have guessed that the love for a certain brand of footwear will bring people together and become friends online. We are more than a hundred in the group but I found my own group already. Actually they found me and asked me to join them and my life has never been the same after it was formed. We have gone a long way and shared a great deal about ourselves. This coming end of the month, we’ll be welcoming one member home from the States. And we’ll be throwing a party in her honor. I’m sure that it will be loads of fun and the day will be full of laughter and stories. I only have a little more than two weeks to find Diet pills that work fast! Now, I’m pressured coz I really would like to look great on that day for my new found friends and for myself. I’m still hoping that I’d be able to find one before that day comes.
Worked Like Magic
My bestfriend’s little sister has just gotten married on the 2nd of this month and I must say that it wasn’t just a beautiful but a spectacular one. From her glorious gown to those of all in the entourage, to the reception and even the cake. It was like you are in a dream sequence and everything is perfect and beautiful. And on the night of their honeymoon, she said that her new sexy bridal lingerie worked like magic too. I’m not even going to try go into details. We all know what she meant by that.
Rain, Rain Go Away!
It’s general cleaning day for us today though this is gonna be a tough one since what we need to clean are flood soaked furnitures. It has been raining here since Thursday non-stop and the water level rose and wetted our things. Even my beloved matouk linens were drenched. It’s out of budget but I’ve got no choice but to buy new ones. I just hope that it would stop raining soon so as to bring anymore damage to our properties.
