For security

My friend is telling me that their house’s fence installation is not yet finished until now. They had moved in at their new house without fences. She knows that it is very much needed for safety reasons but she said that their budget does not allow it. Maybe come December that will be a priority. Her son is getting bigger and would like to play outside. That is not advisable because cars and other forms of vehicles may just appear on the road. A gate and a fence are necessary.
