Cheers or tears?

Before I went out of my pad, I noticed the weather was gloomy. I did not expect it to rain because there was no mention of it in the morning news. I was completely shocked when it rained hard in the afternoon. I am ranting because I forgot to close the window near the wine rack and I want to smack my self for that because it was already soaked when I got home. Aaargh!
