Like a Thief

I know that its passé already to be hearing quotes such as “Life is fragile” and “Life is short” but no matter how old these adages are there is truth to it. In fact you’ll be surprised how delicate and brief life really is. Sometimes you’d be shocked to know that someone close to you passed away already even if you have just spoken to the person an hour ago. When it’s your time to go, it’s really your time. You cannot run and hide from it. Death comes like a thief in the night and you have no idea when. That’s why it’s best for us if we will be prepared for it anytime. So looking at life insurance quotes while we are still young doesn’t mean that we are anticipating death but just being ready and I don’t see anything wrong with it.

Inside and Out

Now that my brother’s acne is already gone, he has another dilemma and that is removing the scars. It’s just so sad to see that his face is now scarred and marred with pock marks. But anyway, scars are just superficial and what’s important is that he is still complete and whole inside. He was so happy to have found an effective formula to remove acne scars forever. He feels more confident now knowing that he is beautiful both outside and inside.

Like Magic

My brother Pete used to have a skin problem. When he started working in a call center catering to international clients, his body clock got pretty messed up. He had a difficulty adjusting to his new sleep time and this caused his skin break-outs. Good thing that his friend recommended him acne solutions. So when he got used to his new sleeping routine and used the product, his acne disappeared like magic!

Feeling Wow, Looking Wow!

I was supposed to start on my 3-day diet last Monday but since I was sick since Sunday night I thought of postponing it for awhile. It would just make me weaker. It’s true that as you grow old, your metabolism slows down as well. Before, I can lose weight so easily and now even if I had already cut back on carb; it is still so hard for me to lose a single inch on my waistline. Gone are the days that if I want to feel and look great, I could do it even with little exercise. Now I already need the best top fat burner in the market on top of diet and exercise. I guess I’m just really getting old.

Wanna Be Healthy

If I could just turn back the clock and go back to when I was still in the pink of health, I would. If I’d be given another chance to correct my wrong lifestyle before, I’d be glad to. But past is past and there is nothing that I can do now but to accept that I’ve got the Big C and that I am immunocompromised. Meaning even simple cough and colds can bring my down already. I should have taken hgh supplements had I known that I will acquire this disease. But then no matter how much I wish to be healthy again nothing’s changed because it’s just too late for that now I guess.

Acne, go away!

My 18 year old niece Kim is having major acne problems. Brought about by being a teen and unhealthy lifestyle I suppose. She sleeps very late already because she burns telephone wires with her boyfriend until wee hours in the morning and eats loads of junk foods. Her dermatologist said that she has to change her lifestyle or she’ll be forever plagued with acne. And so she already started to sleep early and eat healthy and nutritious food. That, regular exercise and differin will surely make a beautiful mark in her life. I’m so proud of her. Her acne is slowly disappearing and her skin is becoming clearer and clearer each day. Way to go Kim!

Watch Your Back

If there is one thing that my husband is really ashamed of, it’s acne. From the time that he reached puberty to this date that he is already a doting Dad to Sophie, he still has it. I pity him because he already developed inferiority complex. Sometimes he doesn’t even want to go out anymore. Just like a teener that refuses to be seen with acne on his face, that’s how he behaves now and again. And he became more sad when he found out that he even has acne on his back. I have to find the best back acne treatment to bring back the confidence to his self. Poor baby.

Apple State

My eldest brother is so happy to learn that his company will be sending him to his most favorite city in the world, New York. Though he got lost there the first time, he has nothing but good memories when he came back here. And now that he will be going back, he can’t contain his excitement. All his bags are packed and even booking to one of his most favored new york hotels is already taken care of. Some people have all the luck, huh?

Accidents Will Happen

I was listening to one of my fave songs of Greenday, Pulling Teeth one day when I remembered the terrible road mishap that I have witnessed some few months back. I was looking outside the window of our car on the passenger seat waiting for the traffic signal to turn green when out of the blue there was this speeding motorcycle that zoomed past us and attempted to beat the red light. I was in shock when I saw him collide with a car on the other side of the road and his body was thrown out into the air and fell hard on the floor head first! Good thing he was wearing a helmet but just the same what he did was reckless so he will still suffer the consequence of his action. With the looks of it, I think only a good motorcycle accident lawyer can defend what he did and free him from jail as well.

Welcome Back, Coby!

A few months ago my beloved lappy Coby played dead on me. Whenever I open Coby (the name of my lappy) I just see an almost blinding white screen and nothing more. No lines, no blurred images as in zilch. So I thought it was time to say goodbye to my beloved friend. Forgive me for being an anthropomorphist. I love giving names to my things and I treat them like humans most of the time. ;-) One of my techno savvy friends said that more or less the problem is with the LCD and if I opt to change it I might as well buy a new one for it’s very expensive. Anyway, I was already in the process of searching for netbooks online to replace Coby when my husband Ryan offered to have it diagnosed at a computer shop first. He said if it’s really the LCD that is faulty, I have to bid farewell to my Coby. When he got home, he’s got a long face and there was sadness in his voice when he opened up my lappy and said “Baby, it’s time for you to say…Hello again to Coby! I was overjoyed! Coby is working well as ever again. It turned out that the connector on the back of the monitor was just loose. The computer technician just put a tape on the wire and Voila! Welcome back Coby!
