Time Off
Everything happened so fast. From the time I was pulled-out from my previous group to a month of intensive trainings to finally being on board with my new team. It all happened in just a short span of time. I feel like my body is screaming and my mind is already malfunctioning because of too many information that I need to absorb at once. They are expecting us newbies to finish off thousands of customer emails by next month. And now they are also proposing for a Mandatory OT of at least 2 hours every day. And from what I heard from the grapevine, they are planning to give us graveyard shifts as well to cater to our roaming subscribers. And my say to that is this… ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! This is not what I signed up for! In times like this, I just would like to sit back, relax and sip my glass of pina colada and start booking one of those orlando vacations.
