I was brushing my teeth in the ladies’ room in our office and when I was about to gargle the faucet won’t loosen up. I was thinking, okay, relax, you could open it just concentrate. Shocked

My teammate whose post is right next to me went on emergency leave. I thought all along that it was just a family or home emergency but I was surprised to learn that she was hit bu a bike ( I dunno if it were a bicycle or a motor bike) this morning. And the creepy part of it all was that it happened just seconds after she got off the jeepney in front of our office building. Christmas is around the corner. I am thinking of giving

Last night, my jaw literally dropped seeing the Beijing Olympics opening ceremony. I never got any interest in Olympics except for the fact that I always look for beefcakes like Mike Phelps (so hawt!). Anyhow, the countdown really amazed me and made me hold my breath. The genius of the one who conceptualized it and every artist and performer who got involved in this ceremony are legendary. It made me think that I should have flown to China to see it myself while carrying around my oh-so stylish Briggs and Riley . Maybe next time.

Unwanted pounds

It has been a month since I gave birth. My officemates are already asking for my pictures together with my daughter. I told them that I have to lose some weight first.
