The Ratings

Once January has stepped in, our supervisors work like bees. They are busy making those performance reviews of their staff. We are being appraised every year. Our salary rate increase will depend on that based on what we have done for the past year. I think it is a must for every company. I am excited to know my grade and of course, the additional compensation that goes with it!
