Work It!

I have been complaining of calf pain and my doctor advised me to do some exercises to promote blood circulation and loosen my seemed to be cramped up muscles. With tons of work, social and family commitments I have this season, I don’t think I could squeeze in gym workouts. If only I could get myself exercise equipment, I am sure I could spare an hour daily to burn some calories right at the convenience of my home.
